The Simone Veil Research Centre for Contemporary European Studies

The European Studies Lab aims at bringing together all researchers engaged in European Studies at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (BGU), to act in an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary manner and to promote a stronger synergy between disciplines and researchers at the University.

 

We invite all researchers at BGU (faculty, teaching fellows, post-doctoral researchers, M.A and Ph.D. students) to join the European Studies Lab to cultivate academic collaboration and promote joint research activities. We believe the activities, collaborations and contacts generated from the Lab will have a positive impact on the development of European Studies.

The establishment of the European Studies Lab was encouraged and supported by Prof. David Wettstein, the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at BGU. The Simone Veil Research Centre for Contemporary European Studies provides administrative support for the European Studies Lab. The framework of activities and mandate of the European Studies Lab will
be decided jointly by its members.
